Workshop Series:
One of my responsibilities as an Instruction Designer was to lead and collaborate on workshops to be presented to faculty. I created demo environments with my team to display teaching concepts, andragogy, and new tools. My built out environments represent the layouts of how courses would be structured when highlighting different aspects of design, such as usability and student engagement.
College of Business Administration and Public Policy:
As the lead Instructional Designer for the College of Business Administration and Public Policy (CBAPP), I led discussions on different teaching software programs that were available to the department, focusing on the those in testing and student engagement. During my "office hours," I worked with professors one-on-one to correct bugs and design usability strategies to maximize course efficiency.
